Welcome to the website for the 1972 old boys of Wah Yan College, Kowloon.

Finally, this site has been revamped with a new look.  More modifications will be in place in the coming weeks (eg add past activities and photos).  We welcome comments.

This will exist in parallel to our facebook WYK1972 Group.  The facebook's will provide a more interactive platform for active communication among us while this www.wyk1972.com website will serve as an information/archive repository.

In the mean time, take some time to submit your 'registration'.  This will enable you to access correspondence information of our fellow old boys which is allowed for registered users only.  ( Since this involves private data, we will screen to ensure you are genuine WYK1972 old boys to grant you successful registration status.  To help us to identify you, please quote your full name in the 'Name' field but you can use whatever in the 'Username' field.)

Data capture has all been completed.  You are welcome to check whereabouts of your old friends.  Do furnish us whatever latest information or if you have any clue to those marked 'Missing'.

As well, have a check over your own information.  Let us know any updates and also any missing information.  You are also welcome to write few lines you wish to share with our old boys ( could be your latest updates, or retirement life if applicable, etc etc. )

News Flash

Next year 2012 will be the 40th Anniversary for we wyk1972 old boys.  As every 5th years before, we shall hold a gathering in Hong Kong for local and overseas classmates.  Details will be posted in due course.  For overseas boys, we welcome and look forward to having you join us... so plan your trip to HK.

For those who are interested to help in organising the event, please contact David FUNG Shing Pong, Frederick CHIM Moon Wing or WONG Chi Kin.  We need your participation.

Join facebook WYK1972 Group

Let's make use of the nowadays popular ‘facebook’ website to ease our inter-communications and sharing of photos and internet-chatting.  There is a ‘group’ named “WYK1972 Group” set up.  Supposedly, you should have received an invitation from me (the group) to join the facebook.  Please take a while to accept and register.  The are already 31 of us joined. 

 

For your information, WYK Past Students’ Association also created a facebook group with over 1,400 members registered.  

 

… anyway, for privacy sake, our individual correspondence details will still be kept under www.wyk1972.com with password.
